At Patio Puffs Online Store (Individual Establishment) (“we”, “our”, “us”), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or used items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping or delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • For payments made via BenefitPay or Cash on Delivery, refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Exchanges

  • Items may only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@patiopuffs.bh.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error from our side or a defective product.
